you need to calculate that your self. Because business days mean the days the business is working. Meaning weekends are not counted. Unless they also work on Saturday then only Sundays are not counted. if the firm works 5 days a week then i would say that 17 days mean 3 and a half weeks. And 28 means 5 and a half weeks.
About 4-6 weeks.

I ordered something off of amazon and it told me that I had to wait 17-28 business day. I was wondering how long that would be.
