3 to ten business days no longer then two weeks

Tomorrow (9/28) I'm going to order some stuff from Zumiez and their free shipping takes 3-10 business days. I usually order clothes from Hot Topic and their shipping take 2-3 business days and I receive my things in about a week. So would it take a week or two for my things to come?
