If they made a deposit you cant sell it due to its reserve maybe they have personal problems holding them back to go pick up sofa.. If they left a number call them to check up quick reminder and if not wait few more days if you sell to someone they have the right to take you to court as fraud etc..

Craigslist is super unreliable. If you end up re-listing, you should consider Krrb.com! It's a similar classifieds site but without the shadiness of Craigslist.

I posted a sofa-bed on craigslist. Someone came to see it and left a deposit of half the agreed amount. It's been nearly a week since with no contact from them regarding pick-up. Do I have the right to re-list and sell the piece, and if so, after how long. I don't intend on keeping the deposit if I can sell it to someone else; the first person can have it back.
