It work as a virtual office where you get internet connection, phone and virtual address.
I didn't know there was a legal "home office". I just always assumed it referred to a space at home where people did their work that they elected jot to do at the office.
So I set up an llc and the legal address is that of one of my family businesses. Officially I'd be leasing space from them and if it works out and I need to hire employees....that'd be the location. In the meantime...I'd be running the business from home. It's online based.
The tax situation where the family business is located is not as nice. I also didn't get the business license yet. I was goin to wait until the website I finalized.
Seems like it's possibly worth it to just move my llc to my home address. (Assuming I'm zoned to have a home office in my area). We already have some weird zoning laws....like no fences. Hmmm...but I think within my township...there isn't a single business.
