If you are under 18 they are more interested in speaking to your parents than you as they need to make sure your parents support you ,are willing to drive you to castings, and are willing to have you miss school for casting calls and work. They also need your parents to agree to either hire a tutor or homeschool you if you are going to castings or working during normal school hours. If you are over 18 they will ask you if you will make modeling your first priority - over school, work, friends, family, etc.
They'll just ignore you, or you must be something special. Most interviews, for modelling work is done in person, face to face. Thus sending photo's is regarded as "half baked."
