How do I use the LTC3108(Its too small)?

I recently bought a ltc3108 Integrated circuit.

It it too small to be fitted in to a bread board.

I found out about 'perf board', but lated found out that they were not of any use either.Can you suggest me a way to use it.I could have bought a demo board but its way too Expensive.Is there any way to make terminals big enough?
