If you just want to get rid of things locally, try Craigslist or a garage sale.

You can't until you are 18. Don't even think about lying and saying you are 18 when you aren't.
So i want to well a lot of things that i dont use. I wanna use ebay but how does that work? How do i get the money ? Would i have to do all the shipping?
