First, you put that a toilet fell on a girl. How??? (We're talking about the large ceramic thing that's hooked up to the water and the sewer, right?) Toilets normally sit on the floor and people normally stand or sit, so if you're going to say that, you really should explain how that happened. Was she on the floor under the toilet? (Now you've got me curious. If you read this, please add an explanation. How on earth could a toilet fall on a girl????)
Second, if you wanted to raise (for instance) a hundred pounds, you could ask for donations from your neighbors. If you need a million pounds, you need to get large donations from rich people, corporations, nonprofits (I think you call them NGOs), and/or the government. And they'll need a written proposal. Proper English grammar and wording counts. Even if you're an older youth who knows spelling and grammar quite well, it would probably be best if a more-seasoned writer did the proposal. You may think this isn't fair, but those who have a million pounds get to say what's fair. Let somebody else take the lead.
Why a million? It might sound a nice round number, but you'll get a better result if you break it down into smaller projects which look more realistic. You also need to involve both school and PTA as early as possible - teamwork pays dividends.

It is pretty funny that a toilet can fall on somebody.. you could ask other students who feel the same way to raise money from their families and stuff and then bring it all together? If theres enough of you it could work
Do alot of diffarent events not the same boring stuff but something spectacular ten ask door to door for donations put stuff in the paper ect... Advertise it then yo will get money personally i dont think you can rais 1 million in 1 event
im trying to raise as much money for my school as the uk goverment bearly gives us any money all our classes are in mobiles and i think thi seffects my education they can bearly afford anything only a couple days ago a toilet fell on a girl
