Hello everyone. I am trying to register my LLC for my future bakery online. I am not opening my actual retail store right away because I do not have the funds to do that yet. Instead, I am getting everything ready so that when I can, everything will be taken care of.
However, I do plan on opening a booth from a local farmers market until I get enough money for my store.
I would like to know, from the information I have given, the following:
Do I actually need a Registered Agent?
If so, can I be my own?
Can I get one later if I am not going to have the store until later?
Am I the organizer, filer, and the signer if I am the only member?
