Payday lenders have predatory rates not much different from a loan shark, a mortgage lender would not want to hear that is how you are coming up with a down payment, that would just not be a solid finantial plan.
The business address they give looks on Google like a rather low class residential neighborhood.
The website is only about a year old and its registration is hidden behind a proxy in Panama.
Also, some of the wording on the site is off. Whomever wrote this site isn't a native English speaker.

It is. They are not in that business and the interest rate is unbelievable. Did you check that? Also, you can not borrow the downpayment. Yes, it is to good to be true.

I'm currently trying to get a loan to buy a new house. I've contacted them and it sounds "too good to be true". Just looking for some feedback from people who have had experience with them.
