Hint - that's illegal. You'll probably pay upfront and never hear from them again.
I speak from personal experience, they delivered (great customer service too).
At the end of the day the fact that they DO NOT take payment until they can confirm they can get you approved for the home of YOUR choice is the best thing ever. (Funny I wanted to pay them so I can make sure they would work on my file as a priority, but they would not take my money until they could confirm approval. Not paying up front hoping to get approved (and wasting our hard earned money) is awesome.
If you cannot get approved on your own, I would say EZ Lease Rentals is definitely a company I'd recommend.

nice fake post.....we can click on your username and see your other postings ("i used to work for ez lease rentals" )..... every website has these same fake postings. now Ill definately stay away from this company. Note to Steven: maybe you should use different words in all your fake posts.
You should know what your credit score is and you ASK them what credit score they approve. That's free to ask.

They act as cosigners. You basically pay them upon approval.. l don't want to keep paying application fees for apartments to get denied for credit reasons.
