Great Experience but never been more unhappy?

You don't get praise or respect for you work in a job. That only happens at school. You are getting good training. If you really can't stand working there then look for another job.

You would have to consider yourself very lucky if you had a job you really enjoyed doing - most of us work in tedious jobs that pay the rent - enjoyment would be a bonus.

Got any better offers?

So i am 21 years old living in Bristol and got a Customer Services apprenticeship & quickly moved into my chosen field of HR, although the experience is good (looking after HR for a whole region) I've never been more unhappy, i am also working in HR for the same rate of pay as When i started as apprentice(which isn't a lot at all!), the office I work at is also very small and most days I have to work a few extra hours overtime to complete the massive workload(unpaid overtime). I Also constantly get criticized by the boss for the smallest of things and i am not shown any respect or praise for my work.

I've come to a point where I just don't know what to do, I one hand I feel its good experience and if i leave I will just be quitting & on the other I feel why work at a place which I am constantly arriving and leaving work unhappy and why not search for something better.

My Question is what should I Do?
