I work for a small company, Its really me. I answer phones and do invoices. I am getting really bored even with the "projects" my boss gives me. I have been here for 11 months, I am hoping the company will grow and I can become higher ranking in the company, but its so hard its been just me and my boss for 3 months and he doesn't seem to want to hire a mechanic to get more work. Should I look for a new job or should I stick it out for a while more?
