Getting a refund on Amazon?

I would just fill ou the normal form you print out and send it back to them. If they refuse then give them bad feedback on the amazon site (be legitimate though, there are enough fake reviews already all over the internet).

agreed ! you can claim for return policy.

I bought a leather-type material bag on amazon & they sent it w/no protection...just in a plastic bag. Of course during shipping, from being with boxes and stuff dropping on it, and etc. it has permanent weird dents all over it and it looks old!! (Not brand new). I'm sure it was a mistake but I still want my money back b/c it looks like it's been used for 5 yrs (but it's brand new since it just came out a couple of mo. ago & the inside looks new).

So I requested a return authorization & they gave me one & I emailed them explaining how I got the bag (so they don't get it back and be like "this is f'ed up we're not accepting this").They asked for pictures and I sent them, and they're saying it's hard to tell from the pictures (the pictures were taken with a high-quality camera....you can see the indentations). They said to go ahead & send it & they'll look at it. I asked if they'll still give a refund (b/c I don't want to send it & then they try to say it's damaged/my fault or something). I'm still waiting for their answer...they usually respond within an hour but they haven't replied yet. Also I'd rather ship it in a bag like they sent me instead of a box b/c a box costs more. & the bag is ruined/f'ed up anyway. I asked them & they never answered the question.

So if I sent it in a bag, can they refuse to accept the return (like saying I caused more damage to it by shipping it in a bag)...even though that's how they sent it to me?

If they refuse to accept it for some
