You should have filed an Item Not Received dispute when you didn't get the items within 3 weeks. It's too late to do anything now which is why the link was removed. It gets removed 45 days after the item was paid for as it can no longer be disputed

You only have 45 days to open a dispute, and your purchased item history only goes back 60 or 90 days. You don't have forever to sit around and wait for your items. Now you're SOL.

if you didn't received your order in normal days, it means that your order delivery was unsuccessful. So you can cancel it in buyer history on your account. By the way, such condition happens sometimes, don't get scammed:)

Back in May, I ordered a sweater and wrist watch which I both got. It took them around 3 weeks to deliver my ordered stuff. After that I also ordered a headphone, in June which I never got.

They said I should have it in June-July. And when I didn't, they said I should have it in July-August and then in August-Semptember. Anyway, I went to the site to cancel the order, but I can't find the link where you can see your purchased items anywhere. I've looked everywhere. Unless I've missed a link.
