If you've got the invoice, why not just pay it?
There is no way you have done $60,000 worth of business and don't know how an invoice works.
So "pay for goods" describing the goods, and send however much is due to the seller.
What you don't do is "send money"
Ok, so I normally just buy things on Amazon or Ebay, and sometimes from the Microsoft store. Lately though I have been wanting to get my first tarantula, and if you want a specific species the best way to buy one is online classifieds.
So anyways, I found one I wanted, it's priced well and all of that, and the person I am doing buiness with has nothing but good feedback on the website that's offers the sale and trade of tarantuals. My problem is he sent me an invoice (so he says) and I never received it. I suggested he try again since it's been several days, and if it doesn't work I will create an invoice myself and send it to him.
Apparently I cannot create my own invoices, I can only send money, although paypal claims I am protected. Now this may be the case, I have used paypal for about 10 years and sold approximately $20,000 worth of goods and probably bought double that.
My question is: If can't send the invoice does start smelling like fraud to you? Or should I give him the benefit of the doubt because of his good feedback?
The amount I would be sending is fairly insignificant.
