I just formed a partnership under corporation for a convenience store. The partner was the one who found the place and everything. He then left out of the country and I did EVERYTHING. Then he came back an put money in. Now he wants to leave cuz he can't handle 2 stores. He wants his money. Do I give it to him? I feel like I shouldn't have to cuz it was his decision for the store and now he wants to leave. What do you think?
