If you pestered me, I wouldn't even waste my time on you.
If you think your designs are that great, why not make some shirts and then this exec can actually get their hands on the product? A text message picture is basically worthless; I'd be ready to send an actual prototype if they happen to like what they see.
You do understand, the most you'd get for this would be a few cents per shirt...right?

I have a mutual connection the head of a major record label. This is how i am connected (aunt>head's brother>head exec.) The label also had a clothing line that was very successful and still in a way is. I am trying to start a clothing company. Everyone that seen my shirts say that they would buy it and i have gotten really good feed back.

I sent my shirts to the head exec.'s brother. He said that the shirts were really nice but he couldn't promise me anything. He said he would let us know if his brother tells him anything. It's been 2 weeks and i haven't heard anything. Should I contact them persistently? I don't have the # to the exec of the record label b/c he is exclusive. I don't know if i should just wait or go through the brother to contact him. I just don't want to be a pest. My dad was saying i should b/c so it will be on his mind. The exec.'s life is very busy also. So what should i do in the name of business? This could be huge.
I am mostly worried about bothering the brother or make him think i'm using him.
