Depends on the contract.
You're 18. You signed a contract. (No, it's not "like a contract." It IS a contract.)
If the contract requires that you have a bank account for approval--and you don't have a bank account--then you didn't meet their requirements. However, if a bank account is not a requirement, then the company can waive that request.
Obviously, you didn't fill out the bank account details because you don't have a bank account. That proves nothing either way.
So: Read the contract you signed. The contract you agreed to abide by. If you were disapproved for the membership card, read the part of the contract that addresses what happens if an applicant is turned down.
Hope that helps.
theorectically, yes as you signed their contract. but since no money was exchanged & no membership was produced, you can cancel it too. you have 2 weeks from the date its signed anyway!
no
I went to David Lloyds, filled out and signed some papers (like a contract) but they asked me about details of my bank account.
I don't have a bank account (I pay cash) so I told that I will talk to my patents (I am 18).
I did not get membership card and did not fill out bank account details.
I am still obligated to pay or not?
