Dishonest seller - will I get my money back?

Have no control refunding you? That so bull, it's literally a click of a button on PayPal. You should have waited on the refund before agreeing to the cancellation. That's usually procedure. I never imagine that you can't open a case, but I never agree to cancel before any refund. I would keep on nagging eBay about it. They're usually pretty good about protecting the seller. Definitely leave a long *** negative feedback. Good Luck.

Vanessa, do yourself and the world a favor and get fixed. Thank you. What an obtuse person... Oh, and PERHAPS I bought it online because wholesale prices are a lot better on this type of item, and I use a lot of ribbon. Don't speak of what you know little.

tell me why you didn't go to a supply store where you to purchase this item? do you agree?one spool of ribbon shouldn't cost too much just replace it as far as that place you purchased the item you will never deal with them again and just write it off as a learning experience

visit the county she is located in and sue her

or write it off

bought a spool of ribbon for a project. Seller emailed me a day after I paid to tell me she was out of town and wouldn't be able to send it for several days. I wanted it sooner so I asked if she could cancel the order. She sent me a cancellation notice which I agreed to, but now I have no refund. I emailed her, and she claims that she has no control over refunding me. This is bogus b/c she's been a seller over a year (as have I) and must know she can refund me through Paypal. I spent 1/2 an hour talking to an eBay rep over it who basically said I am out my money b/c I can't open a case (since item was cancelled). I did open a case through the guise of another type of case. Will I get my money back?
