Cinemark or Toys R Us?

at Xmas time you may be asked to work well past 11pm - that was a requirement when I applied there years ago and you won't get many days ofgf during Xmas season - it will be a lot worse than the movie theatre and then you might get laid off after new years at TRU

I've been working at Cinemark Theatres, Century Theatres to be exact, for about a week or so now. The job is relatively easy on both concession and usher but when it gets busy, and it mostly is, the work is grueling and it's all I can do to get through the shift. That's not really the problem, it's the 6-11 shifts four nights a week and 10-6 shifts on the weekend, which adds up to around 25-30 hours per week and as a junior in high school, my schoolwork is already suffering because I'm ALWAYS tired now. I had applied at the local Toys R Us about a month previous and it took them until now to call me back because of issues with MY BACKGROUND CHECK (no I'm not a criminal, my social security number was just wrong) and they want to get me started on the "onboard process". I'm stuck on what to do and I'm hoping someone can give me some advice and/or experience with Toys R Us even to help me decide which one is better. I already know Toys R Us will pay around $0.50 more per hour because of the interview and I can't imagine I'd be working until 11 and having too many hours a week. I'm also concerned with holidays because I want as many in this winter season off as I can to enjoy so could you also maybe tell me which is better in that regard? Any advice would be greatly appreciated and if you've read all of this then kudos to you and please let me know what you think.
