Yes and no - you can start a company, but you will need someone 18 or over to act as your legal agent since you cannot sign a legally binding contract until you turn 18. If you can figure out a business to start that needs no contracts, you could do it yourself, but tat is next to impossible if you want to be a large, multi-million dollar company - you'll need contracts with suppliers, buyers, etc.
Yes u can start ur own business. But it should be sole proprietorship. i.e you are the only owner of the business in the eyes of law. Of course you can take help of someone elder than you as you cant's take those important decisions at this age. All you need is investment as per the size of the business. BEST OF LUCK !
