Actually, you should probably ask your new boss. Walmart likely has rules about fragrances; some coworkers or customers may have sensitivity to things like strong cologne.

That said, if you go really light on it you'll almost certainly be fine. But seriously, don't use very much. You never should anyway, but especially not at work.

I just got hired at my local Walmart as a cashier and went through orientation about to go through training. I'm a fresh clean type of guy and like to wear cologne to smell nice and feel good. I'm a rookie in the fragrance game so I really want to smell good instead of smelling like boring ol' deodorant. Is it a little too much to wear cologne in a regular retail job or people will find it offensive? The cologne I wear is a subtle oriental spicy fragrance and not a project monster at all.
