You can incorporate a private limited company and start your business. Incorporation of Companies under Companies Act, 2013 requires the following:
1. Reservation of Name: File Form No. INC.1
2. Application for Incorporation of Companies:
- File Form No.INC.2 (for OPC only)
- File Form No. INC.7 (for other than OPC)
