I would see if you can get a vendors license in your state 25 dollar fee for this Im not sure if you have to be above age or not, then you need to grant permission from the school because it is the schools property and they may have rules against any kind of soliciting. If thats the case there is nothing that you can do at that point.
I don't see why not. And considering all schools can't sell any kind of junk food because of over-protective parents, you could make out quite well.

Well, you could try. But of course if your school disagrees with what you're doing then you might get in trouble so it will probably be best if you ask first. It would depend on your school rules whether you'll get in trouble or not.
