You'll need experience in business management, commercial baking, and event management. Since your goal is to run what are normally two separate businesses, I would consider taking business and accounting classes before considering an MBA. You'll also want to look into a certificate in project management or event coordination both for the business aspect as well as the project management side.
From there you will be familiar in applying for a business loan, negotiating rent and supplier contracts, applying for the proper state business and food licences, and setting your location up to code. You'll want to hire people with experience or education in baking as well as an accountant to manage your payroll, taxes, income, insurance, and liabilities.
