Me too...currently researching "how to", not being familiar with such things. I think I'm going to form an LLC in Delaware with Harvard Business Services. Look them up, and even if you don't use them they have alot of great information on the how to's.....and why you should incorporate in Delaware. Btw they are rated well on the BBB website. Good luck! ~Patrick
ps- Here is the link to the BBB in Delaware regarding this company. They have an A+ rating

Of course.... you would probably find that most people who have had successful setups are went through the same process. I am currently in the same position as you. A am researching about opening a small community fitness center.
Good luck.
Since a few months i am thinking of starting my own business. I am still in my research and documentation process. However, i cant stop thinking about my future startup. Its on my mind all the time, from the moment i wake up till the moment i sleep. Moreover, i find it difficult to sleep because my mind is always thinking about the startup (how to do this, how to do that). Even during the day when i am working, i find myself thinking about it. Is this normal?
is it fine to obsess about an startup that hasnt really started?
