If you do search and get information from various resources then obviously you can start it, but the difficulty is to maintain it because client always looking for the best services and you have to keep on changing your services, and the client expectation are very high and they need different services as per their requirement. I have some clients who require bulk sms service. Currently I am purchasing sms from other websites and providing them to my client. It is like re-seller business... But it is expensive and I have approx no income from it.

So I want to start my own Bulk SMS website. So that I can provide bulk sms to my client at market price and can create my earning too.

Can anybody please tell me the process to start? Legal process of registration etc? Also I want to know what amount it will require to make complete setup?

I have a rough estimation of maximum 50 K even I don't have enough knowledge about it. So please guide me.
