Why would they want to train someone to compete with?
Even the places that offer real estate courses to prepare you for the test give little to no training in marketing or how to get listings or buyers.
You have to be a self-starter in real estate and some have a knack for it without guidance. Those that don't give it up quickly or eventually.
You don't sound mature enough yet based on the way you wrote your question but that doesn't mean you won't be ready someday soon.
Nice to hear your interest in real estate, there are a number of schools providing real estate education. Even you can also get course classes online through videos or online webinars. Check out the lipseyco website, they are international trainer and consultant in the real estate field.
So I'm looking to get into real estate. I was going to go to traditional college for business classes, but ever since I was a kid I've had an interest in RE. I live in the Seattle/Bellevue area so I'm looking for an agency that will help me obtain my license, and give me proper training. I have great communications, I'm wonderful with numbers and technology, and I'm good looking (I know that plays a part in it). Any help?
