Bad science, bad research proposal, pseudoscience?

Q: A new exercise machine that claims to result in significant increase in muscle mass with only 5 minutes of use per day.

Answers must include how it works,

describe its basic research design (how will I test the product? Consider issues as groups, randomisation, etc), providing details of method (Participant selection, dependent variables, testing procedures, setting, etc.),

how would the results be presented (examples needed accordingly)

and how would I dessminate and publicise my findings?

I need some help T^T

Any ideas would be nice. Help me pls!! Thanks in advance!!
