I dealt with a similar situation like this when I was a teen at a frozen yogurt shop. I did my best, worked as hard as I could, then found a note on my paycheck saying I was let go. I found out the manager just didn't like me. I made the manager feel like ****. I called her right after she had a baby and told her I needed this job to pay for gas and take care of my sick mother. She offered me my job back. I did not accept. I went and found a better job that paid higher and was better respected. You should do the same. There is something else out there for you. Let this be a learning lesson.

Maybe she thinks you enjoy getting to leave early. Make sure its clear to her you need all the hours you can get.

Another thing to think about is the 2 girls being new. Maybe the manager is giving them more hours at first to make sure they are trained well and have a ton of practice.

I wouldn't say you're necessarily about to get fired... just talk to her about it. If she's any kind of good manager she should be understanding of your concern and try to answer your questions.

Hi ! I recently started wrking at Fast food resturaunt 1 month ago ! In the beginning , it was ruff and i had a hard time ! Recently , my managers were telling me im doin great and much better ! But for as long as ive been there,, ive had little hrs like 5 , 3, and 7 ! There are 2 new girls and they get more hrs than me ! My manager keeps telling me that labor is high so she sends me home which results into 3 hrs or 4! Am i getting fired ? She doesnt send nobody else home but me and i do my wrk and im nice to the customers so im really confused ! Some advice would be GREAT !
