If she can't do her job they may not have light duty available. Mom had to take 6 weeks off for a surgery when she could have done light duty after 2 but they didn't have any.
Are you sure she needs light duty? Is it worth her quitting her job if they can't accommodate a handicap? Your regular medical insurance will cover the pregnancy now thanks to ACA. The baby can get Medicaid if you are poor even if you are covered by parents insurance. Can the health department write her the note saying that she is handicapped by the pregnancy? Congratulations.
Ok we have lost a baby once before and yes they do have other places for her to work they messed up and work her to much so she got full time they just don't want to give the hours now when we talk to the ada agent they said they couldn't send her home there is already similar cases going on against them for similar thong
perhaps your wife can get a physician of another practice to evaluate whether or not she can lift.
usually, light duty is not in order unless the pregnancy is near the end of the term perhaps, like after 5 months.
Nobody can lift 40 gallons of paint it would weigh like 400 pounds, get your **** straight.
Why does she need to be on light duty? She's just pregnant, not disabled.
"Let's eat Grandpa!"
"Let's eat, Grandpa!"
Punctuation. It matters.
