Could it be that she had just thought about something that made her happy? I don't know of to many cashiers that are going to look down their noses at the people that are responsible for paying her wages. Maybe it is insecurity on your part.
The poor girl was just thinking of something else that had nothing to do with you.

This person cannot help how you feel. She was probably not looking at you at all, merely lost in thought while her face happened to be facing in your direction.

because some people themselves are worthless and they cannot be happy unless they degrade others cuz they themselves can't be upgraded
