I will vote down to anyone who says get an agent or explains what isn't needed. not because I'm being rude, but because of previous rude answers or unrelated information I didn't ask for just to get points... and pretty much report those.... I am not personally in the market, so I don't need this info. thanks in advance.

Of course there are. There are plenty of American publishers big and small that accept them.

This post isn't necessarily for u since i answered in more detail to ur other similar question. This is for those who read the answer about 'not in America' and actually believe it's true. When all else fails then nothing can replace ur own research.

For books, no, not in the USA.

For magazine articles, thousands. They are listed in a book called "Writer's Market", which your library has at the reference desk.
