huntington bank 24 hour grace period?

My account is overdraft 50 bucks. I got the notice today saying I have 24 hour grace period. Say I put the $50 in there then minutes later, withdraw some money overdrafting my account again. Would I have another 24 hours to put the second overdraft back or would it still be the same 24 hours?

You might want to look into the details of that 24hr grace period. In many big banks, it doesn't truly mean 24 hrs, it means you have until midnight on the day you overdraft.

you will get whacked with another larger overdraft charge (now you'll owe maybe $85) and maybe your acct shut down and put on chex system where you won;t be able to open another bank acct anywhere for YEARS - and you need to put CASH in to cover the over draft and therefore you would not be able to then withdraw anything is your balance shows zero

If your bank is overdrawn $50 and you put $50 in, the $50 will go towards the overdraft and won't be available for withdrawal. It's not yours any more, it's the banks to cover the overdraft.

It should still be the same 24 hours.
