Not much. My mortgage is paid off so I don't have that or rent, but I live in a leasehold flat so there is ground rent and the service charge to pay - about ￡1,000 a year. There's just me so apart from that, there is just the electricity bill (heating is quite small because my flat faces south so the Sun does most of the work to keep the place warm and when I DO need it, electric storage heaters work on cheap night electricity), telephone and Internet bill, council tax (about another ￡1,000 a year), clothing I don't spend anything on most months as I just replace things when they wear out, TV licence, I don't run a car, and that's about it.
