If balance went up, did you get a paycheck? did parents put $ into your account? {Sometimes a negative debit is a reversal, i e a deposit, and my brain is to tired to think it through.}
Call the bank as soon as they open, or try the number on the back of the debit card, it may be open 24 hours.
Is that a minus sign? This is something you should be taking up with your bank, not us.
Could be card theft fraud. Did your balance indeed drop by 2,000?
Nobody has had access to your card, sometimes kids "borrow" the parents card.
you need to at least call your bank and maybe go in person
