The document that CREATED the trust determines the answer. NOTHING outside of that document entitles ANYONE to ANYTHING from the trust.
Those questions could only be answered by someone famiiiar with the terms of that particular trust, preferably a lawyer.
There has to be some kind of trust agreement document that spells out all the details of the trust. You have to get ahold of that document and see what it says.
It would depend on the details of the trust, if it has a clause on spouse/future spouse.generally the spouse would receive zero apart from what the Will saysor jointly owned property they held
You need a lawyer and a prenuptual agreement. I doubt you know the actual wording of the trust and wouldn't understand the implications if you did.
