Some companies may have a policy that they always pay a certain rate above the local minimum wage--in which case you'd get a raise. But they don't have to. If you're already making above the new minimum wage, you'll probably see no change.
It doesn't have to increase anyone else's wage, but some companies might. Minimum is just that - minimum.
Nothing will happen to you since your wage is already above that level. The only thing that might happen will be a reduction in the number of hours you work in order for your business to be able to pay the higher wages

IDEALLY everyones pay would go up by a percentage when the minimum was raised, but thats almost never what happens.
