If course it's a scam. Only major companies can sponsor your visa and would never use a free email nor would they offer you a job without a single face to face interview

If you received an unsolicited email about a job in the US, it is 100% a scam.

You are most likely dealing with a scammer in Nigeria. They will say that you have a job but you have to send them some money to pay some sort of visa or immigration fee. Of course, there is no job and the fee is the scam.
There is a posting on Facebook using the same email from a "Shannon Scott". However, Ms. Scott just joined Facebook a couple of weeks ago and she has zero friends. Obviously, the profile is fake.
Ask for a phone number or full details of the position. If they don't give those to you it's definitely a scam.
Any unsolicited emails are probably a scam. Offers of employment in other countries could have many pitfalls.
