250k at 4% withdrawal is 10k to live off for the first year of retirement. That could easily be the cost of home repairs and property taxes. You will not be able to afford a car and maintain that car.
Social security is a supplemental source of income so it will not be enough to live comfortable.

2. How long do you plan on living
