I have asked my boss for more hours but haven't gotten any more, and have also applied for loans and have had them denied because I don't have enough assets. I obviously don't want to sell drugs or prostitute lol.

Try pawning some of your stuff when you get closer to your departure date (after so many days the pawn shop owns the item). When you get back, you can always buy back what you want (with fees of course). Basically, pawning will be a high interest personal loan.
Or you can outright sell stuff you no longer need or want. But unless you know someone who owns a bar or restaurant and needs some temporary help, you really do not have enough time to land a job.
Look for any special events in your area that needs people immediately and temporarily. You're not going to get a loan for such a trip, and your boss is being considerate not firing you for leaving them with a three week hole - they can only give you hours for demand that may not exist here. This is why it's good to have an emergency savings account too.
Sorry but you are not going to get employment in the UK for 3 weeks. Perhaps Grandad has some money to keep you.
No job is going to hire you for 3 weeks honey it takes 3 weeks for the company to tell you if you've got the job.
