its my first time getting a debit card or bank card period, im 18, and my la fitness bill is due, but i only have 1$ in my account, now everytime i go to a atm and try to overdraw, it says i have insufficient funds, and i really need to pay that bill in order to keep working out, and i really dont care about the fee, i'll be able to pay it off the next time i'm paid, so is there a setting or something that i have to change for it to allow me to overdraw? I have had my account for like 2 months now. Any advice will really help.
Some accounts allow overdrawing funds, but some do not. If you don't have the paperwork you received when you opened the account, call the Wall Fargo phone number on the back of your debit card and ask if you have overdrawing privileges.
It will NOT let you overdraw from an ATM, period.
You need to look up Dave Ramsey vids he is great at explaining what to do in these situations
You can only spend what you have. Your debit card will work when you put more money in the bank.
