How can a 13 year old earn money quickly?

I want a new guitar and the one I'm looking at is $5000. How can a 13 year old earn that much in a reasonable (less than one year) amount of time? Please don't mention the usual lawn mowing and babysitting. I live out in the country and if I were to mow lawns, I would most likely be doing acres and acres and acres. I'm horrible with little kids.

$5000 is a lot of money and you may be better off finding something cheaper. You can find great guitars for a few hundred bucks. In fact, I have two very great guitars (an acoustic and an electric) weren't THAT expensive! I got my acoustic as a gift and my electric was only like $150. With that money, you could pay for college or buy a car.

Just start with somethings small and at least half-decent and work your way up. You may come to realize that you don't need a guitar for $5000 to have one of professional quality.

You are 13! What in Hell makes you think you need a $5000 guitar? If you are good enough that you need a $5000 guitar, you wouldn't need odd jobs to buy it because you would be a child prodigy. My first guitar cost $5 (very used). I picked up some chords so I bought a guitar for $50. My professional guitar was a used Les Paul goldtop which cost me $160 and I used that professionally for four years.

It sounds really dumb for a teen who might lose interest in a couple of years to spend that much on an instrument, it's the player more than the instrument that matters, you can master your technique with something way less expensive. Doing chores for neighbors (working in their farms?) is your best bet. with help of a supportive parent signing you up you could try selling hand crafted stuff on Etsy.com but it's not going to ever earn $5k.

You've seen this chain store that does mail order?

I drank too much coffee, my mind is in over drive...

Do you have apple and hickory trees? Go gather dead branches and sticks, make neat bundles, small ones, label them....and look in news paper, every flea market and craft show, festival go to with your bundles to sell. You can get $5 s bundle for BBQing wood. Make cute sign. Also cut fire wood, regular hard wood, split and put into neat bundles with an honor box chained to a tree or something and a sign at end of driveway, towards the road and advertise in newspaper 'campfire wood' and put GPS address. You can also have a table with homegrown veggies on it with prices..check box daily. It may not get you your $5000 but it's a way to make money out of thin air!

That's a lot of money but best way is stealing

ummmmm look for one that's a, idk, BIT CHEAPER! good lord! in less than a year. 13 year old. sorry but they don't pay that much for stuff you could do :/
