Firstly it should have been delivered on the 6th Dec but they emailed me to say they had move it to the 12th. But now with it not arriving it has left me with very few options. Wait until they get another in stock (not guaranteed this will happen before Christmas) chances are now if I find another online (Doubt I'd find one at the same offer) it may not arrive by Christmas, or buy one from local town, which ever way my son will now miss out as the amazon had an offer of 4 games inc Mario karts 8, but I now no longer have the budget to buy these games separately. Is there anything I can do, any consumer rights, thank you for any help you can give.
I seriously don't understand them, they put tracking on books I bought for a small price but not the 2 more expensive things, surely it makes more sense to track the expensive items.
it's quite possible that the item you ordered was over ordered by many people and amazon has to wait until the supplier of the item replenishes their stock and can send to amazon............don't know what the price was you paid, but it looks like walmart has some kind of mario items
Have you called Amazon to find out the status of the package?
If Amazon is able to get the item before Christmas, they will be able to send it to you.
I ordered something from Amazon on Friday after 5pm (Los Angeles) and some how it showed up on my doorstep on Saturday afternoon.... I'm still shocked.
Get the tracking# and track it. If it states that it was delivered and you didn't get it, then you file a claim with Amazon and the Delivery company for reimbursement.
WHAT DOES AMAZON SAY.. THEY SHOULD BE TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO
