Help me, so I was bidding on a iPad mini 2, I won it and right after I won it the seller shipped it to me, I didn't pay for it and I didn't tell him I did. It's in my town and will be out for delivery the next day. He said if I don't pay he will be contacting my high school and parents, I know the parents thing is bullshit cause he don't know there number but could I get in trouble with the law? He said if I don't pay by today he will request a ups package intercept, could he do it or is it too late? Please help me thanks

When you won the bid, you established a contract. By not paying for the item, you broke the contract and you can be sued and yes, he can do an intercept. And if he has your address, it is a simple step to figuring out who lives there (reverse address look-ups).

And it doesn't matter if you told him you were going to pay or not - the minute you placed your first bid, you agreed to the Terms of Service which compels you to pay for any auction you win. Just out of curiosity, what did you think was going to happen?
