I am buying a car for $4500 and the guy said he'll make if 4k if I can give him the money in cash but I only have 2k in cash, where can I get the other 2k for a loan? I tried to look at online auto loans and places like prosper but they all wanted me to take a loan at least 6k. Please help me, whether it be auto loan or personal loan.

It's harder to find an auto lender that would work with a private seller deal like that. Might have to get a high interest personal loan from someone like loanme.com advertising on TV, just watch out for lenders charging up to 500% apr interest.
