Ps I know what my mom did was horrible no she is not helping me pay back any of the money and if I file a complaint with these companies she will goto jail that is something I cannot do so I am handling it myself.

Consult with a bankruptcy attorney. If you qualify and can afford to pay the attorney, consider this option. If you are "judgment proof" then there is no urgency in filing for bankruptcy protection. Creditors can't take what you don't have to give.

The best thing is to file bankruptcy. But you won't have any credit for about 6 years. You need to also get your life in order. How can you pay for college is you are supporting your Mother. She also need to get a life and let you lead your life. Stay in school, take the public transit, cook at home only go out once a week. With you filing bankruptcy she won't be able to access your accounts.

U not bankrupt.

U uninformed about money and debt.

Go to local library and learn about money and debt.

Learn how to get the debt legally removed from your credit score.

Mom needs to learn least she sees jail.

Bankruptcy at 21 will shaft u for Decades.

Bad debt is better than bankruptcy.

Use library to learn b4 u get a burned badly.

In USA real world, she will not go to jail.

Go learn b4 doing uneducated bankruptcy.

Your mom might get in trouble if they find out that she put it in your name as a minor. A bankruptcy trustee might research it. Then you'll both be in trouble.

Running up your bills with no intent to pay is "fraud". Criminal fraud means the debts cannot actually be dismissed in federal court.
