Don't worry, you won't have to wear a hair net. If you have long hair and are work near any machinery in the back, it would be a good idea to tie it back, though.
Hairnets,scarfs, kefijjah are all to prevent hygienic problems, perspiration, hair, etc.
Hairnets are worn when working around food....not when you're cleaning up after others or doing maintenance, etc.
