I ordered a 17 inch doll off of Ebay (weighs about 3 pound) and it was shipped June 16th and is supposed to arrive the 20th. The seller provided a tracking number and whenever I try to track my order all it says was the shipping label was created. But I messaged the seller and she said that she shipped the package on the 16th. Did my package get lost?!

The label was printed, the package has not been given to the USPS. Otherwise there would at least be a scan from the post office saying it arrived in the local hub. They're lying.

My brother does Ebay and he told me that he sent the package but the guy never got it so he returned the money. 29 days after sending the guy got the package and sent my brother the money back. I've been doing mailorder for 30 years, stuff happens. I don't even bother to track or worry about it. There are millions of packages being sent everywhere, I doubt they keep track as well as they say.

It means one of the post offices along the route has not processed or sent the item on. No it isnt lost.

Sounds as if the sender has simply produced the paperwork, not actually sent the item. What courier are they using?
